Role Clarification

  • The Broker does not own, construct, develop, or sell any property.
  • All project information, approvals, RERA registration details, and timelines are provided by the respective Principal.

No Warranty or Guarantee

  • While efforts are made to present accurate information, the Broker does not independently verify statutory approvals, legal clearances, or RERA registration of projects.
  • Clients are advised to verify all details directly from official RERA portals or with the respective developer before making any investment or booking decision.

Client Responsibility

  • It is the Client’s duty to ensure that the property or project complies with applicable RERA laws and has valid registration wherever required.
  • The Client is strongly encouraged to consult legal and financial advisors before finalizing any transaction.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Broker shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation, delay, cancellation, or non-compliance by the Principal.
  • Any disputes or claims arising in relation to RERA or property matters shall be addressed directly with the developer/owner.

Reference to Law

All property transactions shall be subject to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and rules applicable in the relevant State.
